Dr. Christie has been a professional counselor for approximately 25 years across a variety of settings, including mental health, the school system, school based mental health, inpatient and outpatient and private practice. She has traveled around the country speaking about Mental Health in the Classroom, specifically focusing on ADHD and its impact across the lifespan. Currently, she owns Outside of the Box Therapy and Auxilium, a non-profit designed to advocate for, and improve, service delivery of mental health services in Gaffney, SC, as well as teaching courses across three different colleges.
