I believe that we are wired to connect with each other in deep and meaningful ways throughout our lives. While ideally this would happen free of pain and sadness, most of us arenāt that lucky. From one single event to a lifetime of pain and suffering, I work with people throughout the lifespan to help them shed the scars of their pain and embrace the warmth and beauty of their core self. I use an embodied neurobiological and trauma informed approach in my psychotherapy practice along with various interventions and techniques.
Alongside my practice as a therapist, I am very passionate about teaching and equipping healers in their development to go out into the world and bring healing themselves and others. I believe this process of learning and growing is to be done in a community of diverse, likeminded humans and that is what I've committed my life to help cultivate.
