Let Me Introduce You to Lisa
Lisa Dion, LPC, RPT-S, is an international teacher, author, creator of Synergetic Play Therapy, founder and President of the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute, co-founder of the Synergetic Education Institute, creator of the Business of Therapy, and host of the Lessons from the Playroom podcast. She is a contributing author in the field of play therapy, as well as the author of Aggression in Play Therapy: A Neurobiological Approach for Integrating Intensity. Lisa is the 2015 recipient of the Association for Play Therapy’s Professional Education and Training Award of Excellence.
Known for her visionary work in the field of play therapy and regulation, Lisa brings clarity and depth to some of the most challenging aspects of clinical work with children. Her trainings reflect a blend of neuroscience, heartfelt presence, and practical tools, empowering clinicians to expand their capacity for connection while staying regulated in the face of intensity.
