Let Me Introduce You to Jen
Jennifer Sims, LPCC, RPT™, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Registered Play Therapist™ devoted to supporting the emotional well-being of children, adolescents, and families. She brings a trauma-informed, child-centered approach to her work, using nondirective play therapy techniques that honor each child’s inner world and pace of healing. As Clinical Director at the Redwood Center for Children and Families in California, Jen mentors emerging therapists and fosters a practice culture rooted in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.
Jen is also a play therapy educator, supervisor, and fierce advocate for accessible, culturally responsive mental health care.
