Dana Wyss, PhD, LMFT, ATR-BC, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, board-certified clinical art therapist, and coauthor of The Invisible String Workbook. She holds a doctorate in expressive therapies and has spent over two decades designing programs that weave together art, music, poetry, movement, and animal-assisted therapy to support healing in both clients and clinicians. Her approach blends creativity with clinical depth, offering powerful tools for trauma recovery and relational repair.

Dr. Wyss has worked extensively in psychiatric hospitals, group homes, and nonpublic schools, where she has led crisis response teams, supervised clinicians, and trained staff in trauma-informed care. Currently, she serves as a Corporate Clinical Training Specialist and Clinical/Art Therapy Supervisor at Stars Behavioral Health Group. She also consults nationally through the Center for Trauma Training and provides awareness trainings on the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
