Ann Meehan is a mental health therapist who empowers children and families with big emotions, trauma, and challenging behaviors to get their joy back, increase connection and confidence, and thrive. Through Play Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy Ann helps children and families heal, grow, and move forward from life’s biggest difficulties and challenges. Ann is a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor, EMDR Consultant, and Treasurer of the Minnesota Association for Play Therapy.
When Ann is not seeing clients she helps other therapists who work with children to become the best versions of themselves by providing easy and understandable resources and tools so they can confidently and effectively rock their sessions and love the work they do through The Playful Therapist Blog and Meehan Mental Health Services training center.
