I am a host and producer of several podcasts with hours of free
resources for people all over the world including Notice That, The
Evidence Based Therapist, and Beyond Trauma, all available on your
favorite podcast players or at our website
(https://connectbeyondhealing.com/beyond-healing-media/).
Additionally, we provide a number of trainings to help clinicians
increase their confidence and mastery of various techniques including
somatic approaches to psychotherapy and a relational approach to EMDR.
We also have an extensive training program devoted to case
conceptualization where we help clinicians understand the embodied
neurobiology of their work and what to do in session with the techniques
they already use. All information and registration can be found on our
website (https://connectbeyondhealing.com/for-therapists/).

I believe that we are wired to connect with each other in deep and meaningful ways throughout our lives. While ideally this would happen free of pain and sadness, most of us aren’t that lucky. From one single event to a lifetime of pain and suffering, I work with people throughout the lifespan to help them shed the scars of their pain and embrace the warmth and beauty of their core self. I use an embodied neurobiological and trauma informed approach in my psychotherapy practice along with various interventions and techniques.
Alongside my practice as a therapist, I am very passionate about teaching and equipping healers in their development to go out into the world and bring healing themselves and others. I believe this process of learning and growing is to be done in a community of diverse, likeminded humans and that is what I've committed my life to help cultivate.
