TraumaPlay™ Certified Supervisor, EMDR CIT
Dayna Sykes is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor/Mental Health Service Provider, a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, a TraumaPlay ™ Certified Supervisor, and EMDR Consultant in Training. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in Complex Trauma. Dayna owns a private practice recently moved onto her family farm where she provides play therapy to children 3 and up, integrating EMDR and sandtray therapy as well as trauma informed therapy to young adults and adult women. Dayna provides supervision and consultation services that specialize in integrating play therapy and EMDR and partnering with parents of child and teen clients. She is passionate about parent work and focuses her practice on engaging parents in the playroom. Dayna is also creating a children's book with her beloved Porch Chicken to help children to overcome trauma.
