Let Me Introduce You to Jessica
Jessica Crunkleton, LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LMHC, CADAC II, is an EMDR Basic Trainer, EMDR Approved Consultant, and EMDR Certified Therapist known to many as “The Resource Queen” from EMDR Basic Training with Roy Kiessling. She brings warmth, humor, and deep clinical expertise to her work with therapists and clients alike.
Jessica is also a Registered Sand Therapist–Consultant & Trainer, Certified Brainspotting Therapist, EMDR-Sandtray Specialist, EMDR Parent-Child Attachment Specialist, TF-CBT Therapist, and an Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Master Education Trainer. She currently serves as an Area Clinician with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), providing crisis response and support to staff and their families worldwide.
With over 15 years in the mental health field, Jessica has worked across a wide range of settings, including community mental health, private practice, schools, residential care, and correctional environments. She is the owner of Jessica Crunkleton LLC, where she offers trauma-informed, attachment-based, and culturally attuned therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups.
Jessica is especially passionate about supporting clinicians in building confidence and flexibility in their EMDR work. Her own journey—from early self-doubt to becoming a trainer—deeply informs her teaching, making her a relatable and empowering guide for therapists at all stages
