Do you love your child with your whole heart, but not sure if you “like” him or her at times?

Or perhaps, you are living with some tough circumstances, such as parenting through…

  • Attention Deficit Disorder
  • Oppositional Defiant Disorder
  • Sensory Processing Disorder

Maybe, you have different ideas about good parenting than your partner, resulting in perpetual disagreements and difficult days.

We all know that parenting can be rewarding at times, but things can also get tough… really quickly!

quote jackie Flynn

To get change, we must do something different. I love the quote, “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what  you’ve always gotten.” – Tony Robbins.

This is something that I know to be true with my whole heart. If we don’t do anything different, we are going to live the same problems over and over again.

Ultimately, we do something different when we choose that a better situation is worth some effort.

There are other options though.

You could try complaining issues away, but that the doesn’t really provide term results that we need.

You could also try screaming your child into compliance, but that ultimately sets him or her up for failure emotionally, socially, and can put a strain your parent / child relationship in a HUGE way.

These days, months, and years are SO valuable.

These are the FORMATIVE YEARS.

This time is a CRITICAL time during the lifespan for development.

I am a parent too. I have 2 kiddos. And, we have certainly had some “What a day!” days.

I know where you are coming from…

I understand how draining it can be to put your best foot forward as a parent, only to feel inadequate, guilty, and hopeless, desperately seeking information at the end of the day.

Left wondering how other people do it.

Dreading the next argument, tantrum, outburst, and such…

The time to address any issues is right NOW.

Luckily, I was able to attain a ton of helpful information during my journey to becoming a Teacher,School Counselor, and now a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in children, adolescents, and family relationships.

Now, I feel like I can breathe again…

And, relax knowing that our days together are now REWARDING, Enjoyable, and leave us FEELING GOOD about each other and our lives together.

Our family life is now simply more pleasurable. Sounds good, right?

Since 2008, I have helped hundreds of families in the school and clinical settings.

As a School Counselor, I really got a good grasp at how to help kiddos with attentions issues, specific

learning disabilities, behavioral issues, relationship issues, emotional issues, and so much more.
